Community Guidelines

Here at 505 Games, we want to create a fun and safe environment for our staff and our players, across all social media channels and forums run by the company.

We want our community to be able to engage with one another in a respectful manner.

When you join and / or engage with any of our social media channels you agree to the following guidelines…

PLEASE DO NOT…

• POST SPAM / OFFENSIVE CONTENT
  We will not tolerate content that may be deemed offensive or upsetting to others, links to irrelevant external sites etc. Not only do we not want to see it, but other community members will find it a nuisance.
• TROLL OR INSULT OTHERS
  It should go without saying; any trolling/harassment/insults against other members of the community will NOT be tolerated. Please respect one another, always! And remember there are human beings behind the accounts you chat to. 505 Games will remove/block/ban/report any users that are deemed to be trolling/harassment/insulting others.
  Should any of our 505 Games staff suffer harassment, including physical or verbal abuse, at the hands of third parties, this will be dealt with appropriately. The company will not tolerate this kind of behavior and will conduct a full investigation into the matter.
• USE OUR CHANNELS TO ADVERTISE
  Our channels are used for discussions on 505 Games and our titles. Please do not use our community spaces to promote or advertise. If you have something cool to show us, (such as a fan page) then this is OK.
• USE OUR CHANNELS TO PUBLISH PERSONAL INFORMATION
  This includes name, phone numbers, home address, email address, etc.
• POST HACKS, CHEATS OR MALICIOUS PROGRAMMES
• IMPERSONATE A 505 GAMES EMPLOYEE
• CREATE NEW ACCOUNTS TO ENGAGE WITH US IF BLOCKED FROM A PARTICULAR PLATFORM
• POST LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES (UNLESS IT’S RELEVANT)
  This includes links to leaked content, game exploits, violent threats, porn, unlawful, copyrighted material, piracy, auctioning, drugs, alcohol, religious, political or any other content that may be deemed as offensive and against the T&C’s.

• BE CONSIDERATE
  Please be considerate of others and think before you type! Do not publish material that is hateful towards sex, race, religion etc. Every community member deserves to be treated as an equal.
• BE CONSTRUCTIVE
  Here at 505 Games, we are always open to constructive criticism and feedback. But please remain respectful when telling us about anything that bothers you.
• REPORT CONTENT
  If you believe a community member is engaging in activity which breaks the rules, please inform the admins / moderators and / or report the user to the relevant platform. They will take relevant action if necessary.
• REMEMBER THE RULES
  Community members MUST comply with not only our house rules, but the platform’s terms of use when engaging with 505 Games and / or our product pages.
